All members of the State Bar of Texas and all duly licensed out-of state lawyers not licensed by the State Bar of Texas who can demonstrate they are in good standing with the State Bar of Texas (a) who do not regularly and consistently represent the interests of insurance companies, corporations, utility companies, and/or defendants in actions filed by individuals who have been injured or damaged and who are not associated with a law firm that regularly and consistently represents the interests of insurance companies, corporations, utility companies, and/or defendants in actions filed by individuals who have been injured or damaged and all law students who are not employed by a lawyer of a law firm that regularly and consistently represents the interests of insurance companies, corporations, utility companies, and/or defendants in actions filed by individuals who have been injured or damaged and (b) who have not been convicted by final adjudication in the appropriate forum of a violation of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the profession or of a crime or crimes involving moral turpitude are eligible for membership in the corporation.
